The 17-year-old had been charged with felony sexual assault of a child stemming from an incident that took place at a gathering at an apartment in Prosper on May 4. Hunter's son was arrested along with a 17-year-old classmate and three juvenile boys.

The couple, as our readers may know, has three children together and are currently going through a bitter divorce.
Two Dallas men declared innocent of 1983 rape
On Monday, two Dallas men receive official exoneration from convictions of aggravated sexual assault stemming from a rape and shooting that occurred back in 1983. Based largely on evidence from a photo-lineup identification, prosecutors in the case were able to convince the court that both men were guilty of forcing a woman into a vehicle at gunpoint, raping and shooting her and leaving her for dead in a field.
